Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the email address you give us when you join the waitlist. We use it to tell you when LowSpoons is ready. That's it. We don't sell it, share it, or send you anything you didn't ask for.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we store:

• Your email address
• The date and time you signed up

We don't collect your name, location, IP address for analytics purposes, or anything else through the signup form.

How we use it

We use your email for one thing: to notify you when LowSpoons launches, and occasionally about major updates to the waitlist (e.g., beta access). We will not send marketing emails, partner offers, or share your address with any third party.

Where it lives

Your email is stored in a Supabase database hosted in the United States. Supabase is our database provider; they process data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your email from the waitlist at any time, no questions asked. Email hello@lowspoons.app and we'll remove it within 7 days.

If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA — including the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Same email address for all of these.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. If the change is significant, we'll email you before it takes effect.
